Who is Teja?
A consultant who specialises in the field of transforming organisations and in strategic HR management. She is helping organisations to establish integrated strategies and execute them through establishing systems for managing the work efficiency of employees, through active management of cultural specifics of organisations and development of leadership and potential inside individuals through individual and business coaching.
Her nearly 20 years of work experience include work in sales and sales management, establishment and development of operations in the field of HR consulting and IT support at an international company, work as an HR and marketing manager and tenure as an Executive Board member.
Her work has already been noticed in professional circles on several occasions, and she is a laureate of two national HRM project awards and the winner of the Slovenian HR Manager of the Year title for 2012. She is the author of several expert articles in expert publications such as the HRM journal, the journal of the association of GZS, Dashofer and the Media Forum publishing company and others, and also lectures several times a year at expert and business conferences on the topics of managing organisations by managing people and transformation of organisational culture.
In addition to obtaining formal education in management, a degree in tourism management and completing the GMP (General Management Program) at the IEDC Bled business school, she has attended multi-year training in transaction analysis (TA) and completed an accredited coaching programme at the International Coach Federation (ICF); she is a licensed consultant for the Cultural Tools Transformation methodology and use of CTT tools at the Barrett Values Centre, and a licensed moderator for both levels of SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory).
Carlo Fontana Giusti

Who is Carlo?
Carlo is an executive coach, facilitator, and trainer. He is also affiliate professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at ESCP Europe in Turin, London and Paris since 2006. He founded Facilitation Zone in September 2011, a European Network specialized in supporting individuals, teams and organizations in sustainably increasing performance and well-being. The projects he manages range from Culture Management, Training & Development and Executive/Team Coaching. His clients are spread across most sectors and European countries. Carlo works in English, French and Italian. Previously, Carlo worked for several years at McKinsey & Company in the Banking, Oil & Gas, Power, Media & Entertainment, Telecom and Travel & Logistic sectors. His work mainly involved strategy, organisation, turn-around and business development. Before joining McKinsey, Carlo worked as a Lieutenant for the Guardia di Finanza, a military police corps responsible for fiscal crimes. Carlo also spent a period of time as a professional actor in theatres. Carlo holds an MSc in Statistics and Economics from the University of Rome, an MBA from INSEAD (France, Singapore), an MA in Counseling and Expressive Art Therapy from ASPIC (Rome), and is a Newfield Certified Coach (Colorado USA). Born in Italy, Carlo has lived, worked and travelled all over the world. In his spare time Carlo enjoys learning piano and pursuing his passion in theatre and music.
